Size guide
All measurements are in inches, taken on the body rather than on the garment. Measure your chest at the widest point with your arms down, your waist at the navel, and your sleeve from the centre of the back of your neck to the wrist. If you land between two sizes, take the larger one. Cotton shrinks a little and nobody has ever been happier in the tighter shirt.
Tees
| Size | Chest | Waist | Body length |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 34-36 | 28-30 | 28 |
| M | 38-40 | 32-34 | 29 |
| L | 42-44 | 36-38 | 30 |
| XL | 46-48 | 40-42 | 31 |
| 2XL | 50-52 | 44-46 | 32 |
| 3XL | 54-56 | 48-50 | 33 |
Cut straight through the body with a standard crew neck. If you prefer a looser drape, size up once.

Flannels are cut with room for a tee underneath. They are meant to be worn open as often as buttoned.
Jackets & outerwear
| Size | Chest | Sleeve | Shoulder | Body length |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 36-38 | 33.5 | 17.5 | 26 |
| M | 39-41 | 34.5 | 18.5 | 27 |

Outerwear is measured to layer over a shirt or a light sweater. If you plan to wear a heavy hoodie underneath, size up.
A faster method
Find a shirt you already like the fit of. Lay it flat, buttoned, and measure straight across from armpit to armpit, then double it. That number is the chest measurement to match in the tables above. It is more reliable than remembering what size you were in 2016.
