TRACK YOUR ORDER

Track your order

Finding your tracking number

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link. Check the inbox you used at checkout, and check the promotions and spam folders while you are there, because shipping notifications land in them more often than anyone would like.

If you have an account with us, the tracking number also appears on the order in your account history.

Reading the tracking

Tracking updates when the carrier scans the parcel, not continuously. A package can move a long way between two scans, so a status that has not changed since yesterday is normal rather than alarming.

  • Label created means the shipment is registered and waiting for its first scan.
  • In transit means it is moving. This is where most of the silence happens.
  • Out for delivery means it is on a vehicle and should arrive that day.
  • Delivered means the carrier scanned it at your address.

If it has not updated in a while

Give it a few more business days. Parcels routinely sit between scans over weekends and holidays without anything being wrong. If the status still has not moved after that, email us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf. You do not need to chase them yourself.

If it says delivered and it is not there

Before anything else, check the usual places: the porch, behind the gate, with a neighbour, and with anyone else in the building. Carriers also mark parcels delivered slightly early on occasion, so it is worth waiting until the end of the following day.

Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we will sort it out. We are not going to make you file paperwork with the carrier to prove yourself.

Changing the delivery address

If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately and we will change it. Once it has shipped, the address is fixed on our end, though the carrier may let you redirect it using the tracking link.
